Sanctity of Human Life
Yesterday in my church we observed Sanctity of Life Sunday and while the large focus was upon the atrocity of abortion we also looked at embryonic stem cell research. But as I thought about it the sanctity of life covers so many issues. When we realize that every person is created in the image and likeness of God, many of the issues that separate us disappear. Why do we look down upon people? Why do racial, religious, age, heath, sexual and other differences divide us?
Here are some recent resources and studies on abortion, but begin thinking deeper about the sanctity of human life is issues like racism, euthanasia, cloning, eugenics and numerous other issues, and don’t simply take a stand against something. Stand up and take action for the truth.

Please, use these resources to stand against the carnage of abortion and to stand for the sanctity and value of human life whether it be unborn, black, white, young, old, healthy, handicapped, Christian, or Muslim. All life is precious in God’s sight.
